MFT Advisory is a division of Modular Frame Technologies Inc. ("MFT Advisory", "we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through mftadvisory.ca, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Information We Collect

Property address, city/region, lot size, and other property details you provide
Project preferences (ADU type, model, budget range, timeline, language preference)
Files you choose to upload (e.g., site plans, photos)
Messages you send us (questions, quiz answers, notes)
Basic technical data (browser type, general location by IP, pages visited) if analytics tools are enabled

2. How We Collect It

We collect information directly from you through: the ADU order form, the ROI calculator lead capture, the zoning pre-check tool, the CMHC Prefab Plus eligibility quiz, the "Ask a Question" widget, the investor offer download form, the partner/realtor application, the cafe concept calculator, the property management inquiry form, and the exit-intent checklist popup.

3. How We Use Your Information

To prepare and deliver the report, estimate, or offer you requested
To respond to your questions and follow up on your inquiry
To process payment for paid services (via Stripe)
To notify our internal team so we can respond promptly (see Section 4)
To send you the specific document, PDF, or calculation you asked for
With your ongoing consent, to follow up about your project or share relevant updates

By submitting a form on this site, you consent to being contacted by MFT Advisory about your inquiry. You can withdraw this consent at any time — see Section 7.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following service providers to operate this site and respond to you. Each processes the data needed to perform its specific function on our behalf:

n8n (workflow automation) — routes your form submission to the right internal process
Google / Gmail — sends you emails (reports, calculator results, confirmations)
Telegram — notifies our internal team of a new lead or question
Stripe — processes payments; we do not store your card details ourselves
Cloudflare — hosts this website

These providers may store or process data outside of Canada. We select providers with industry-standard security practices, but we cannot guarantee the practices of third parties beyond our direct control.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This site may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixel) to understand which pages and tools are useful to visitors. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended if you do.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service you requested, respond to your inquiry, or comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults making property and investment decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
